NOTE – PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING A VISA APPLICATION WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT (CATEGORY ALG4)
We would like to inform our valued customers that applicants in the ALG4 category are authorized to submit their applications without a prior appointment between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
However, access to the submission area is strictly contingent upon the mandatory presentation of Spanish Schengen visa, issued after January 1, 2021, and provided that it is valid for two (2) years or more.
This measure aims to:
- Facilitate access to the center for eligible applicants,
- Streamline the application process,
- Strengthen oversight and prevent any abuse in the appointment scheduling process.
Any application that does not meet this condition may be refused upon submission.
This procedure is effective until further notice.

If parents hold a Schengen visa issued by the Spanish Consulate in Algiers, which is still valid for at least 180 days, and wish to submit an application for their children under the age of 12, they must book a specific ‘FAMILY GROUP’ appointment.

- You must present a notarised parental authorisation, signed at the Algerian registry office.
- Provide a recent family register extract (in French or Spanish).

the same day. Otherwise, each applicant must book an appointment according to their own category.
For children aged 12 and older, an appointment is required and must be scheduled according to their own category.
