Process for Call Center
- All calls are recorded for security, transparency and training purposes
- On one call you can book appointments for up to 4 people
- The people calling the call center must have a minimum of Spanish Schengen visa before
- They have to email the scan copy of the previous visa and also bring a copy at the time of submission
- The landline number used for the call center should be the applicant’s number.
- The applicant must produce an original plus a copy of the phone/landline bill as part of the submission of documents
- The bill must be in the name of the applicant
- No restricted numbers or numbers with blocked caller ID should be allowed
- For senior citizens or people with disability, they must provide the same landline/phone invoice of a next of kin – family member
