• C20

• Certificate of existence
• Approval for the liberal profession, installation decision, farmer's certificate

Copies of the above documents are required at the time of filing, as well as a translation into French/Spanish for any document.

New procedure for the appointment system

The visa application center for the Kingdom of Spain in Algiers and Oran informs applicants that as of January 10, 2023 a new visa filing arrangement for all categories will be put in place for appointment making.

After paying the service fee online and confirming the appointment it is mandatory that the visa applicant makes the payment exclusively with his/her own CIB or Edahabia card to make the payment online and must present the card on the day of his/her appointment.

In case the applicant has not complied with this instruction (you pay with a third party card), your appointment will be considered cancelled and you will not be accepted on the day of submission at the Spain Visa Application Center.

Note:

• Families (husband, wife, minor children, father and mother) are only allowed to pay with one CIB or Edahabia card, and the applicant must present the original card when making the deposit.
• Charges paid by a third party card are not refundable
