Additional services are optional and voluntary in no way amplify the right to obtain a visa, a fast-track appointment, an overbooking, or faster processing of your file by the Consulate.

Kindly Note: The Value-added services (VAS services) are optional and are provided by BLS.

Premium Lounge	“Premium lounge offers comfort and priority attention at the visa application center”. Please note that the Premium Lounge does not imply obtaining earlier appointments.	In our constant endeavor to provide exceptional service to our applicants, BLS provides Premium Lounge service, The service includes the below facilities: - Quicker submission of your application. - Photocopying service for your documents. - SMS alert on the status of your application. - Stylish surroundings with refreshments ensuring comfort while submitting your Spain Visa Application. The Fees is 4620 DZD Important note: Using the premium lounge service doesn’t guarantee the right to grant the visa or process the visa faster, Issuance of Visa to Spain is the sole decision of Consulate of Spain in Algeria and Oran.
Mobile Biometric	Applicants who are unable to visit the VAC for their application submission, can avail this service. For more information, please click here.	23,500 DZD
Travel Insurance	Travel insurance is mandatory for travelling to Spain. Applicants may get the travel insurance from the authorized insurance companies. Click her for full list of insurance companies
Flexi Hours	Applicants can collect passport out of allotted collection time – on working days 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM	700 DZD
Form Filling	Filling of Visa Application forms	1500 DZD
Prime Time	Applicants who are not able to submit their application during working hours, can book a Prime Time service which allow them to submit their application after working hours.	4900 DZD

Optional Courier Service charge at satellite locations: -

The Consulate General of Spain in Oran has implemented a change in the arrangement for collection of passport(s) from the BLS Visa Application Centre in West and South. w.e.f. 22 June 2015 it will no longer be possible for third parties to collect the documents on behalf of an applicant, except in the following cases:

If any of the above come for passport collection they need to carry the following documents :

Applicants who do not wish to collect their documents in person and whose documents cannot be collected by one of the above should select pass back by courier at the time they make their visa application

Please note passports will be delivered to applicant’s home address /applicant’s office address

The applicants are requested to mention the complete delivery address on the covering letter. In case no specific address is mentioned on the covering letter, the passport will be sent to the address mentioned on the Visa Application Form.

This procedural change is to ensure the safe and secure return of documents to applicants.

The courier form should have the address of the applicant’s residence or office only. The courier address will not be that of the travel agency.

In case an applicant wants to personally collect the passport from the BLS International office then she/he does not require to opt for courier.

The courier service is available for an additional fee of DZD 1000/- per Passport (inclusive of Service tax) for Algiers and Oran and outside these cities courier service is available for an additional fee of DZD 1500/- per Passport (inclusive of Service tax).
